Applies to the early-access signup, not a live member service.
What you share
We save your email address, optional city, signup date, campaign attribution when you follow a campaign link, and a record of consent to Rated F early-access and launch emails. You must confirm you are at least 18. This is a self-declaration, not identity verification.
How it is used
The Rated F owner uses this list to assess local interest and contact you about early access and launch. Joining does not create a public profile, subscribe you to a paid plan, or submit a rating. No automated confirmation email is currently sent. If you contact us, we also store the email and message you provide so the owner can review and respond to your request. Sending a contact request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who can access it
Signup information is stored in the site’s hosted database and is accessible to the site owner and infrastructure providers operating the service. It is not displayed publicly or available to other visitors.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived hashed request identifier to limit repeated attempts. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the waitlist database. Infrastructure providers may separately process request logs.
Your choice
Joining is optional. Use the private removal link shown after your first successful signup to delete your entry. Keep that link private: anyone holding it can remove that signup. Future launch emails must include a way to opt out. You can also contact us about your signup or request deletion. We may need to verify a request before acting.
